Ross Allen

Ross was born on Noongar (Wudjari) Country in South-West Western Australia and lives on Woiwurrung (Wurundjeri Willam) Country in Melbourne. He uses creative and collaborative inquiry to explore the spaces between people, systems and ideas, unlocking the collective potential of groups co-creating outcomes aligned with a sustainable and just future for all.
Ross weaves facilitation and engagement skills together with natural systems knowledge to help groups create clearer alignment and stronger connections within and beyond groups. This creates space for transformative knowing, being and doing.
In addition to his work with Zenergy, Ross is Creative Director of Three Seeds Agency, a strategy, engagement and facilitation practice.
Relevant Experience
- Facilitating cross-sector collaboration for more sustainable and liveable communities: facilitating in-person and online forums/workshops and co-creating partnership agreements
- In-person and online facilitation training based on Zenergy’s experiential whole-person facilitation approach
- Indigenous land and sea manager facilitation training focussed on agreement making with Traditional Owners, Indigenous communities and government organisations
- Advisory and support for the collaborative development of sustainable water management and urban greening strategies and initiatives (working with local government, private sector and community groups).
