As we continue to deliver online courses at Zenergy Global Australia we have made efforts to prevent online zoom fatigue wherever possible. Beyond the obvious hacks - taking frequent breaks, turning off your own screen so you don't become a narcissist, investing in a large good quality screen so you can see everyone, good hydration, eye exercises, micro energizers and so on, we have found a deeper level of getting screen relief.
Much online fatigue is alleviated by using more of what's already in our Zenergy toolbox - being grounded, using whole person technology - including movement, creativity, outdoor activities and the use of fast, slow or lyrical music to shake it off, reflect on learning or integrate, as the cornerstone of successful online work.
Being online for a whole day is an epic challenge but it can be done. We are consistently evolving and integrating ways of working more spaciously online and we are getting pretty good at it.
