6 November - 4 December 2020, The Art of Facilitation Online
This is Stage 1 of the Zenergy Diploma delivered via online training over a period of 5 weeks. The training will be run every Friday from 9.30 am - 5 pm, Melbourne, Australia time (AEST). The training is experiential and covers all of The Art of Facilitation content plus additional online facilitation content. In recent months the need for effective online facilitation has increased. We need new ways of working in this virtual world together, bringing the human and whole person to it as well. Whole person facilitation is needed more than ever.
The Art of Facilitation is Stage 1 of the Zenergy Diploma, which includes the foundational tools and frameworks of the Zenergy technology. Through the experiential nature of the training, participants will walk away with an embodied understanding of what it means to be a whole person facilitator in an online environment who knows how to facilitate connection and generate collective intelligence so a group can achieve its purpose.
